Resolved

We are pleased to confirm this incident is now fully resolved. We were able to see our service returning to normal service levels at approx. 20:30 UTC yesterday evening, with Microsoft confirming full resolution of the incident at 00:05 UTC.

Please note that any scheduled or queued tasks due to run during the outage would have failed. Our engineers have re-run all affected tasks within iplicit.

However, any API calls made to or from external systems are outside our control and may need to be reprocessed by your API provider.

The issue was traced to a wider Microsoft Azure outage, which Microsoft has now fixed. All our services are operating normally.

Our services are currently impacted by a major, widespread outage on the Microsoft Azure platform.

This is a global incident, and Microsoft has confirmed they are investigating issues with core services, including the Azure Portal and Azure Front Door, which are essential to iplicit's operation.

What this means for you:
- You may be unable to log in or access the iplicit application.
- This is a platform-level issue outside of our direct control.
