We experienced delays in our background execution service, specifically for document submissions and posts, between 12:30 and 14:00 due to a spike in requests causing a query regression. This issue was isolated to the background execution service and did not impact other system components. The problem has been resolved, and all services are functioning normally again. We are currently analysing the root cause to implement a patch that will prevent future occurrences. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
